Deposit & Payments

  • A 50% guarantee deposit is required to book.

  • The remaining balance must be paid 60 days before the travel start date.

Cancel Policy

  • For cancellations received more than 60 days before departure: The 15% reservation fee is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be fully refunded.
  • For cancellations received 59 days to 31 days before departure: You will be entitled to a 75% refund of the total amount.
  • For cancellations received between 30 to 15 days before departure: You will receive a 35% refund of the total amount.
  • Cancellations 14 days before departure or less: No refund is provided.
